Serving Greek cuisine for entrée, mezze, main and desserts, using fresh local ingredients, Stavros will leave guests feeling God-like after any meal. A flat grill will feature in the restaurant kitchen, adding smoky, char-grilled flavours to each dish. The menu will feature traditional Greek favourites, such as fried fetta and souvlaki, to a selection of fresh seafood options. The seafood choices will be beautifully chargrilled and will be served simply with fresh flavoursome herbs, cracked pepper and lemon.

Seafood dishes include, Split King Prawns with chilli, tomato and feta; Whole Squid with green olive puree, lemon and oregano; and, Mackerel with chilli, lemon and parsley evoo.
